HR Generalist

1. Compensation and Benefits
Consolidates data for timely payroll processing.
Maintains employee payroll records.
Ensures compliance with legal and company standards.
Prepares and distributes payroll according to schedule.
Compiles payroll data and resolves processing errors.
Understands relevant policies related to payroll.
Submits monthly attendance reports on tardiness and absenteeism.
Prepares related memos.
Assists with special projects directed by the HR Director.

2. Recruitment and Onboarding
Oversee full-cycle recruitment; collaborate with managers on job descriptions; conduct onboarding sessions; analyze exit interview data.

3. Employee Relations & Performance Management
Act as a primary contact for employee inquiries; conduct internal investigations; manage the performance review process; handle involuntary terminations.

4. Admin & Purchasing
Administration: Manage office supplies, coordinate travel, handle filing/documentation, and maintain office equipment.
Purchasing: Source suppliers, obtain quotations, create and process Purchase Orders (POs), and track inventory for accuracy
Finance Support: Process petty cash and ensure accurate documentation for all expenses and purchases.
Logistics: Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and follow-up on outstanding orders.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of progressive experience working as an HR Generalist.
• Experience administering HR programs across multiple functional areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
