Hr Generalist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
• Process payroll coordination, attendance, and leave administration
• Handle employee concerns and help resolve workplace issues
• Coordinate employee engagement and company activities
• Support performance management and training initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
• Prepare HR reports and monitor HR metrics
• Conduct disciplinary processes and documentation when necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• CHRA, CHRP, or similar HR certification is an advantage
• Willing to work Onsite in Eastwood City, Quezon City

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
