Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our dynamic team in a generic industry setting. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing various human resources functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This position requires a professional with strong organizational skills who can effectively handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives. The HR Officer will act as a liaison between management and employees, supporting the company’s HR strategy and contributing to organizational development. This role is integral in maintaining HR records, processing payroll, and implementing HR policies and procedures. The successful applicant will be expected to work collaboratively across departments to address workforce needs and enhance employee satisfaction. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Handle employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and promote positive workplace relationships.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by monitoring internal policies and practices.
- Support performance management processes including appraisals, feedback sessions, and improvement plans.
- Assist with payroll processing and manage attendance and leave records.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
