Hr Generalist

Job Summary:
The HR Generalist is responsible for managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, compliance, and HR administration to support organizational goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
• Handle employee relations and address workplace concerns
• Administer compensation, benefits, attendance, and leave monitoring
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance
• Support performance management and employee evaluations
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Process employee movements such as promotions, transfers, resignations, and disciplinary actions
• Prepare HR reports and documentation
• Assist in employee engagement and company activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information

Pay: Php22,000.00 per month
