Hr Generalist

Our company is currently looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual for the position of Human Resources Generalist. We are seeking someone who is organized and thorough with excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with the operations team at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly learn the ins and outs of human resources, and has experience recruiting and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment processes

• Administer compensation and benefit plans
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Undertake tasks around performance management
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
• Assist with 90 day and annual employee performance reviews
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations

• Skills
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Confidentiality is a must have!
• Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
• Additional HR training will be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
