Hr Intern

Responsibility:

• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
• Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
• Implement innovative strategies to attract high-caliber candidates and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Assist in organizing employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.

Qualification:

• Experience: BBA
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. .
