Vår dyktige personalkoordinator skal i permisjon og i den forbindelse søker vi etter en vikar med snarlig oppstart med en planlagt varihet på 8 måneder.

Være hovedkontakt mellom bedrift og offshore personell

Håndtere og gjennomføre mannskapsskifte i samarbeid med kunde

Ha kontroll på/ sjekke ansattes kompetanse, kurs og sertifikater

Booking av helikopter, fly, hotel og kurser for ansatte

Registrering, oppdatering og vedlikehold av personal data

Sjekking av timelister for offshore personell hver måned

Ansvarlig for fornuftig disponering av årsverket og sikre maksimal utnyttelse av tilgjengelige offshore dager

Sikre god og sunn dialog mellom bedrift og offshore ansatte, herunder også informsjon til og fra offshore ansatte

Our skilled Personnel Coordinator will be going on leave, and we are therefore seeking a temporary replacement with an immediate start.

The assignment has a planned duration of eight months.

To be Personnel Coordinator is exciting, varied, challenging and educational

Be the main contact between company and offshore personnel

Manage and carry out crew changes in cooperation with customer

Have control of / check employee skills, courses and certificates

Booking of helicopter, flight, hotel and courses for employees

Registration, update and maintenance of personal data

Checking timesheets for offshore personnel each month

Responsible for the reasonable disposal of the annual work and ensuring maximum utilization of available offshore days

Ensure good and healthy communication between company and offshore employees, including information to and from offshore employees
