Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our recruitment and talent development efforts. The ideal candidate is passionate about building strong teams, promoting company culture, and driving employee growth across a diverse organization.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead full-cycle recruitment for head office, retail & distribution teams, and warehouse and logistics operations

✅ Develop and implement onsite and online training and development programs

✅ Drive employee engagement and retention strategies

✅ Manage performance appraisal systems and HR compliance

✅ Promote and reinforce company values (C.A.N.D.Y.):

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Admin or equivalent

Minimum of 3–5 years HR experience (with at least 2 years in a managerial role)

Strong knowledge in recruitment, training, performance management, and labor laws

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
