Hr Manager

Overall Purpose:

Leads the full HR function by ensuring strategic workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, employer branding, recruitment, compensation & benefits, sustainability, OSH compliance, policy integration, agency collaboration, external partnerships, and culture-building initiatives. Oversees daily HR operations while driving long-term people strategies aligned with organizational goals. Willing to work in Greenhouse Farm, Salapungan, San Rafael, Bulacan. Can work in a multi-cultural environment and communicate effectively with different nationalities.

Strategic HR Leadership & Policy Integration

  • Develops, integrates, and implements HR strategies, policies, and frameworks across all functions.
  • Ensures policies align with business objectives, labor laws, and company culture.
  • Provides workforce forecasting and organizational planning support to senior leadership.
  • Oversees HR metrics, KPIs, budgets, and continuous improvement programs.

Employer Branding

  • Strengthens the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Enhances visibility through social media, recruitment campaigns, and industry engagement.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Leads end-to-end recruitment for greenhouse operations, technical roles, and support functions.
  • Develops recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, and selection processes.

Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Oversees payroll coordination, salary structuring, allowances, and benefits programs.
  • Ensures statutory compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
  • Reviews compensation competitiveness and internal equity.

Employee Engagement & Culture Development

  • Leads engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and values alignment activities.
  • Monitors employee morale and implements improvement programs.

Succession Planning & Organizational Development

  • Establishes structured succession plans for key roles.
  • Identifies high-potential employees and supports leadership development.

Sustainability & CSR Integration

  • Integrates ESG principles into HR programs.
  • Leads employee-focused sustainability initiatives and CSR programs.

Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Compliance

  • Ensures compliance with RA 11058, DOLE OSH standards, and greenhouse-specific safety requirements.
  • Oversees safety documentation, incident reporting, and mandatory OSH training.

People Support Oversight (Admin & Compliance)

  • Supervises recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, benefits, and records management.
  • Approves HR documentation, contracts, memos, and compliance reports.

Employee Relations & Organizational Health

  • Manages grievances, conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
  • Ensures proactive communication and a positive employee experience.

Agency Collaboration & External Partnerships

  • Coordinates with labor agencies and contractors to ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Collaborates with PESO, universities, colleges, and other institutions for partnerships, talent sourcing, and internships.
  • Oversees smooth onboarding, deployment, and compliance of agency staff and external partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
