Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager
Overview:
The organization is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to oversee and lead the full spectrum of HR functions at the site level. This individual will be a key strategic partner to leadership and will play a critical role in building and maintaining a high-performing, engaged workforce aligned with the company’s mission, values, and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance and leadership on all aspects of the HR function to site leadership and departmental managers.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts with professionalism and discretion.
- Implement and support employee engagement programs to drive morale, motivation, and retention.
- Performance Management & Development:
- Oversee performance appraisal processes, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Ensure competitive and compliant compensation structures.
- Manage benefits administration and coordinate annual reviews or renewals with providers.
- Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure HR practices comply with all local labor laws and internal policies.
- Regularly review, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
- HR Operations & Administration:
- Oversee daily HR operations including employee records, HR systems, and reporting.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of all HR data and documentation.
- Culture & Organizational Development:
- Act as a cultural ambassador, championing the organization's values and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts.
- Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
- A minimum of more than 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role. Preferably in the matured age.
- Proven expertise in all HR facets including talent management, employee relations, labor law compliance, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and build trust across all levels of the organization.
Work Environment:
- This position is based on-site and requires close collaboration with various departments.
- Occasional travel may be required depending on organizational needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
