We’re Hiring: HR Manager (People Development & Performance)
Hybrid | Metro Manila | Full-time | 9AM–6PM | 2–3x/week in-office

About the Role
Are you passionate about enabling people to thrive in their roles, grow their careers, and contribute meaningfully to an organization’s success? AHA! Behavioral Design is looking for an HR Manager focused on People Development and Performance to lead our performance management, capability-building, and talent development efforts.

You will design and implement HR strategies that align with our mission-driven culture—creating systems for meaningful feedback, career growth, and organizational learning. You’ll work closely with leaders across the company to build a high-performance, feedback-rich environment.

Key Responsibilities
-Lead the design and implementation of performance management systems and quarterly reviews
-Maintain and evolve our competency framework across all job levels
-Design high-impact learning and development programs aligned with company goals
-Build internal capability through mentoring, coaching, and learning circles
-Develop career pathways, individual development plans, and succession strategies
-Coach managers and teams on performance and growth planning
-Collaborate with the COO, Chiefs, and HR team to align people strategies with business needs

Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Org Development, or related field
-At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, especially in performance and learning
-Proven track record in designing and improving performance systems
-Experience with coaching, mentoring, and career pathing frameworks
-Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
-Familiarity with HRIS, Google Workspace, and learning platforms
-Bonus: Certifications in Coaching, Talent Management, SHRM-CP, CIPD, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
