Hr Manager (Urgent)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management within the food industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the hiring of top talent
  • Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Handles presonnel/crew daily routine schedule and timesheets in all stores
  • Will have occasional store visits to all company's outlets.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive within the food industry
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Human Resources Manager: 5 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Required)
