Hr Officer

We're Hiring: HR Coordinator / Manager
Start Date: January 2026

Bravo Outsourcing Solutions is a boutique outsourcing company that provides Virtual Assistants, Bookkeepers, Assistant Accountants, and Tax Accountants to clients in the Australian market.

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator/Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Australian clients regarding their employment requirements
• Post job advertisements on Indeed and LinkedIn
• Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with clients
• Prepare employment contracts for successful candidates
• Monitor employee welfare and performance
• Conduct regular performance reviews

Qualifications:

• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 3 years of HR experience – preferably with an Outsourcing Company (but not essential)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Energetic, organized, and personable
