HR Officer – Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Conduct orientation for new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave requests, and timekeeping systems.
• Assist in administering compensation, benefits, and payroll requirements.
• Handle basic employee relations concerns and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate training sessions, orientations, and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports and support performance evaluation processes.
• Provide general HR assistance to employees and department managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of HR experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS/timekeeping systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
