Hr Officer

Funnels Mastery Academy is looking for a proactive and organized HR Officer to manage recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.

This role requires someone who can handle both people and processes with professionalism and confidentiality. You will play a key role in building a structured, performance-driven team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
• At least 2 years of HR experience (recruitment, HR records and compliances and/or payroll preferred)
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Experience handling payroll and employee records
• Familiarity with HR systems, Google Workspace, or project management tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
