Requirements
The HR Officer – Audit and Administration is responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and HR standards through regular audits of HR processes and records. This role also manages HR administrative functions and prepares documentation required for internal, external, and ISO audits to ensure the organization meets regulatory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor employee 201 files and HR records ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
- Prepare and organize HR documents required for ISO audits, including policies, procedures, records, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate with relevant departments during ISO audit preparations and actual audit processes.
- Assist in reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance guidelines aligned with ISO standards.
- Prepare audit reports, findings, and recommendations to improve HR processes and compliance.
- Ensure HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, disciplinary actions, and performance management follow documented procedures.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary HR documents, reports, and compliance records.
- Maintain HR administrative tasks including employee database management, documentation, report generation, and filing systems.
- Monitor compliance with government regulations and company policies related to HR operations.
- Perform other HR administrative and compliance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in HR administration, compliance, or audit.
- Knowledge of ISO documentation standards and audit preparation is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR documentation practices.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and HR information systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential HR information with integrity.
