Work Setup: Hybrid (2x-3x a week onsite)

If you’re the type who can spot a policy gap from a mile away… this role is BUILT for you. Because we’re not looking for an ordinary HR Officer — we’re hiring someone who can protect the organization, strengthen our culture, and uphold fairness across the company.
What You’ll Own (and Lead):
You will be the guardian of compliance and employee integrity, ensuring the company operates with fairness, legality, and consistency.
- Draft, review, and implement HR policies & employment contracts
- Ensure compliance with DOLE, labor laws, and internal regulations
- Lead case investigations & employee disciplinary procedures
- Manage legal documentation and regulatory reports
- Conduct compliance audits, trainings, and process checks
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRM, Legal Management, or related fields
- 2–3 years of experience in HR, legal, compliance, employee, or labor relations
- Deep knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code & DOLE regulations
- Skilled in policy writing, case handling, and compliance documentation
- Excellent communication, analytical skills, and strong ethical judgment
- Someone who handles confidential matters with integrity and professionalism

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
