Hr Officer – Talent Acquisition (Recruitment Specialist)

Work Setup: Hybrid (2x-3x a week onsite)

What You’ll Own & Lead:

• Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles
• Draft, review, and implement talent acquisition policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal HR regulations, and best practices
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and hire strategically
• Maintain talent pipelines, reports, and recruitment analytics

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, or related fields
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or talent acquisition
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements
• Skilled in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and policy implementation
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Handles confidential matters with integrity and professionalism
• Experience with HR or ATS tools is a plus
