Hr Operations Manager

The HR Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and transactional functions of the HR Department. This role focuses on optimizing HR processes - from onboarding to offboarding - while ensuring data integrity within the HRIS, maintaining legal compliance, and managing payroll and benefits administration. The goal is to provide a seamless, high-quality service experience for all employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operational aspects of onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding.
  • Audit existing HR workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement automated or more efficient solutions.
  • Maintain and update the Employee Handbook and ensure all internal policies are documented and accessible.
  • Act as the primary administrator for the HRIS, ensuring the system is configured to meet organizational needs.
  • Conduct regular audits of employee records to ensure 100% accuracy for reporting and compliance.
  • Develop dashboards and reports on key HR metrics such as turnover rates, time-to-hire, and headcount costs for senior leadership.
  • Ensure all HR practices align with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Lead internal and external audits related to personnel files, right-to-work documentation, and data privacy.
  • Coordinate with the legal team to handle sensitive employee relations documentation and compliance training.
  • Coordinate with the Finance/Payroll Department to ensure timely and accurate salary payments, including bonuses and deductions.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and lead annual open enrollment process.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Devt. Management, or any 4-year Business course.
  • Master's or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years professional HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or retail company, 5 years of which in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Excel.
  • With high attention to detail, analytical mindset, and the ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion.

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php180,000.00 per month
