The Recruiter will play a crucial role in building a pipeline of high-potential candidates and facilitating their placement in our client companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement strategies to source young talent, including university students and recent graduates, through various channels such as career fairs, university partnerships, online job boards, and social media.
• Candidate Engagement: Build relationships with potential candidates, providing them with information about opportunities within our portfolio companies and guiding them through the recruitment process.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and potential fit with startup environments.
• Collaboration with Startups: Work closely with our portfolio companies to understand their hiring needs and provide them with qualified candidates.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of high-potential candidates and ensure timely and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Employer Branding: Promote Tacenda Capital and our portfolio companies as attractive destinations for young talent by showcasing our unique value propositions and success stories.
• Data Management: Utilize applicant tracking systems and other tools to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Min 2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Ability to deal with stringent deadlines and a fast work pace environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with or recruiting for startups.
• Proficiency in using social media and other digital platforms for recruitment.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per month
