What You’ll Be Doing

• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and hiring coordination
• Review resumes, assist with candidate screening, and manage reference checks
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee records
• Support onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• GCE A Level or Local Diploma qualification
• Strong communication skills and an interest in working with people
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms or job portals is an advantage
• Proactive, curious, and motivated to build a long-term career in HR
