Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding – Source, screen, and hire top talent; manage job postings, interviews, and onboarding to integrate new hires smoothly.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement – Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns, track performance evaluations, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Compliance & Administration – Maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and assist with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Process Improvement & Strategic Support – Develop and refine HR policies, implement HR software, and support leadership in workforce planning and HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Driven and proactive mindset with a passion for building strong teams and fostering a positive culture.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in real estate, property management, or a small business environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt to challenges, and take ownership in a fast-paced setting.
