Hr Recruitment Coordinator

We are looking for a HR Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing HR team in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and feedback collection to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process.

Post job advertisements on company websites, job boards, and social media platforms, and monitor application flow.

Assist in reviewing and screening candidate applications, preparing shortlists for hiring manager review.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, and onboarding packs to successful candidates.

Conduct pre-employment checks, including right-to-work documentation and reference verification.

Collaborate with hiring managers to arrange interviews, panel logistics, and onboarding activities.

Track recruitment data and provide reports on key metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction.

Support the coordination of new hire onboarding, including ensuring necessary equipment, PPE, and system access are arranged.

Raise purchase orders (POs) for recruitment agencies and manage employee referral bonuses.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives by creating and posting social media job adverts (experience with Canva or similar tools preferred).

Provide weekly recruitment updates to HR and department leads.

Represent the company at job fairs, university events, and industry networking sessions.

Maintain compliance with data protection and employment regulations across Ireland and the UK.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar support role (in-house or agency).

Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.

Discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.

Knowledge of employment law and recruitment practices in Ireland and the UK is advantageous.

Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on delivering a great candidate experience.

Full, clean Irish/UK or EU driver’s license and access to transport.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: €29,556.56-€45,967.75 per year
