Hr Service Advisor & Benefits Coordinator (1 Year Contract)

This role supports the day-to-day administration of HR benefits administration, HR operations and payroll coordination activities. Working closely with the HR Service Excellence and Payroll teams, the incumbent will ensure accurate and timely processing of employee lifecycle transactions, benefits administration, and provide backup support for payroll activities.

Benefits Administration

  • Administer Group Insurance enrolment, changes, and terminations
  • Administer benefits programs such as PruSharePlus, Staff Purchase Scheme, Recognition programs, etc.
  • Assist in benefits-related communications and employee queries

HR Operations Administration

  • Support work pass application
  • Manage ad-hoc employee requests relating to leave management, remote working, etc.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records and documentation
  • Handle HR-related queries from employees with a customer service mindset

Payroll Support

  • Provide administrative support for ad-hoc payroll processing
  • Assist in data preparation (e.g. inputs for payroll, leave records, claims)
  • Support statutory submissions (e.g. CPF, tax filing) coordination
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing for audit purposes

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organized and able to manage routine, process-driven tasks
  • Customer-focused with good communication skills
  • Responsible and able to work independently within clear guidelines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment


Working Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or administrative roles
  • Exposure to Workday and/or payroll systems is an advantage


Education

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
