Hr Staff (Training & Development And Employee Engagement)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Training & Development :

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in coordination with department heads.
• Design and organize training programs (technical, behavioral, and compliance-related).
• Coordinate with external trainers or training providers when needed.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness (pre- and post-assessments, feedback forms, KPI alignment).
• Maintain training records and reports.

Employee Engagement :

• Plan and implement employee engagement activities (team-building, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, CSR).
• Conduct employee satisfaction/morale surveys and analyze results.
• Develop strategies to boost employee motivation, retention, and company culture.
• Support HR in organizing company events (anniversaries, parties, contests, etc.).
• Act as a liaison between employees and management for engagement initiatives.

Other Tasks :

• Assist in policy implementation and compliance related to training and engagement.
• Collaborate with HR team in employee communication and HR reporting.
• Support performance management through training interventions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in training and/or employee engagement.
