Hr Supervisor

College graduate in BS Human Resources, Psychology or business course

With 1-5 years experience as HR Supervisor

MAJOR DELIVERABLES:

• Oversee daily duties and assistance to HR TEAM to ensure in compliance with duties and responsibilities as well as company policies.
• Give guidance to employees in handling errors, problems, complaints and/or disputes
• Ensure Performance Evaluation and Appraisal are submitted on time (Probationary, Contractual, Regular or COD, Pakyawan) for preparation of Personnel Action notice.
• Perform employee evaluations and make recommendations on personnel actions, such as promotions and end of contract
• Prepare and manage reports, manuals, correspondence and other documents using a database or word processing
• Implement company or departmental policies, procedures and quality/service standards.
• Coordinate work schedules and duty assignments of HR team and other departments if needed and as required.
• Checking of Monthly Performance Report.
• Work with other supervisors and other Managers if needed and other YGC Group departments to coordinate workplace activities and announcements.

ADMINISTRATION:

• Maintain records of HR/Admin supplies inventory
• Maintain records of government mandated benefits of YGC.
• Maintain cleanliness as required and other parts of facility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

• 8 hour shift

• 13th month salary
