Hr Supervisor (On-Site Work Arrangement)

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Supervisor to join their Human Resources team. This role is critical in driving employee performance, aligning departmental KPIs, developing impactful training programs, and ensuring policy compliance across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid HR generalist background with a focus on building systems that support organizational growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end performance appraisal cycle.
  • Develop and implement effective performance review frameworks.
  • Provide guidance to managers on setting SMART goals and feedback delivery.

2. KPI Development & Tracking:

  • Work with department heads to design and monitor relevant KPIs.
  • Analyze performance data and provide insights for improvement.

3. Training & Development:

  • Identify learning needs through gap analysis.
  • Develop, organize, and oversee training programs for staff at all levels.
  • Measure training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.

4. HR Policies & Compliance:

  • Draft, review, and update HR policies in line with labor laws and best practices.
  • Ensure consistent policy application across departments.
  • Serve as a point of contact for policy-related queries and compliance issues.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management systems and KPI frameworks.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR policy formulation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS platforms.

This is an on-site opportunity and client's office is based in Quezon City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
