Hr Support Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and well-organised HR Support Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the HR department. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with people, and can handle multiple tasks in a structured office environment.

You will assist with employee documentation, coordination of HR processes, and general support to ensure smooth daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Maintain and update employee records and files
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions
  • Respond to basic HR-related inquiries from staff
  • Prepare and organise HR documents and reports
  • Support compliance with internal policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Basic computer skills (email, documents, spreadsheets)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Previous experience in HR or administration is an advantage, but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
