Key Responsibilities
- Record Maintenance: Update and maintain employee databases (hard and soft copies).
- Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Prepare paperwork, conduct orientations, and process termination documents.
- Payroll & Benefits: Assist with payroll preparation, data entry, and benefit administration.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage HR calendars, organize meetings, and answer employee requests. Workable +4
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Administrative Proficiency: Strong organizational skills and experience with data entry.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience with MS Office/Google Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
- Confidentiality: High level of integrity when handling sensitive personnel information.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: High school diploma; a degree in HR or relevant experience is a plus.
