Hr/Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Record Maintenance: Update and maintain employee databases (hard and soft copies).
  • Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Prepare paperwork, conduct orientations, and process termination documents.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Assist with payroll preparation, data entry, and benefit administration.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage HR calendars, organize meetings, and answer employee requests. Workable +4

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Administrative Proficiency: Strong organizational skills and experience with data entry.
  • Technology Proficiency: Experience with MS Office/Google Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
  • Confidentiality: High level of integrity when handling sensitive personnel information.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Education: High school diploma; a degree in HR or relevant experience is a plus.
