Ready to kickstart your career in a start-up environment? As a Finance, HR, and Admin Intern, you’ll support our team in basic administrative tasks, financial reporting, and HR duties. If you have experience filing VAT, withholding tax, and updating books, this is the perfect role for you. While you’ll be handling some of the foundational, but necessary, tasks like filing forms, you’ll also gain hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment, learning from a fast-moving team that values innovation, flexibility, and growth.
What You'll Be Doing:Finance
- Filing VAT & Withholding Tax: You’ll take care of filing basic VAT and withholding tax forms to ensure compliance with local tax laws.
- Updating Books: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records. Your experience will help keep the books updated, ensuring all expenses and receipts are recorded.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Help track invoices, payments, and receipts, making sure everything is in order for smooth operations.
HR
- Recruitment Support: Help organize recruitment activities, from sorting resumes to scheduling interviews and assisting in communications with candidates.
- Onboarding New Hires: Assist in preparing onboarding materials and documentation for new employees.
- Maintaining Employee Records: Update and manage employee records to ensure everything is up-to-date and compliant.
Admin
- Office Management: Help with managing office supplies, ensuring the office is organized and stocked, and providing support to the team.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in managing team calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office events.
- Documentation & Filing: Support in organizing and maintaining both physical and digital records, ensuring proper filing of documents and forms.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Must have experience in filing forms like VAT, withholding tax, and other financial or administrative forms. Experience with bookkeeping and updating financial records is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with accounting software or HR tools is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, especially when handling financial data or HR documentation.
