Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Duties

  • Support Talent acquisition
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits administration.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and perform data entry tasks related to employee information and payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA regulations, and other employment & labor laws while providing guidance on HR policies.
  • Conduct employee evaluations and assist in conflict management to promote a harmonious work environment.
  • Collaborate with management on change management strategies and organization design initiatives.
  • Manage workforce planning efforts through strategic planning and effective communication with department heads.
  • Utilize various HR software platforms such as Workday, Paychex, ADP, Oracle HCM, and others for efficient HR operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in human capital management or administrative roles within HR is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, affirmative action planning, workers' compensation, and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Ceridian) and ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS, Lever).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in project management principles with strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in talent acquisition processes including recruiting strategies and social media management for sourcing candidates.
  • Ability to analyze data for reporting purposes while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
