Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, HRIS management, and training & development. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with HR technology platforms. The Human Resources Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain HRIS systems such as Workday, Dayforce, Ceridian, UltiPro, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, and iCIMS to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Support talent acquisition processes including sourcing candidates via ATS platforms, conducting interviews, and assisting with onboarding procedures.
  • Facilitate employee relations by addressing inquiries, supporting conflict resolution, and maintaining positive communication channels.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts through HR sourcing strategies and assist with screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Oversee payroll processes utilizing systems like ADP, Kronos, or UltiPro to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Assist in training & development initiatives by organizing sessions and tracking participation through HR systems.
  • Support change management projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new HR policies or system updates.
  • Collect and analyze HR data for reporting purposes to support decision-making processes.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Provide administrative support related to human resources functions such as data collection, record keeping, and documentation.

Experience

  • Proven experience in human resources management or coordination roles.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms including Workday, Dayforce, Ceridian, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Lever is preferred.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems like ADP or Kronos is advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with employees at all levels.
  • Background in recruiting, talent acquisition, employee relations, or training & development is highly desirable.
  • Administrative experience supporting HR functions such as data entry and record keeping is a plus. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
