Human Resources Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and drive strategic initiatives that enhance our workplace culture and employee engagement at locations in Charlottetown and Slemon Park. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, change management, and process improvement. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage talent acquisition and ensure compliance with all Provincial and Federal regulations.

Duties

• Oversee the recruitment process, including talent acquisition and onboarding of new employees.
• Implement change management strategies to facilitate organizational growth and development.
• Develop and execute HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
• Conduct performance management processes to ensure employee development and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and address staffing challenges.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations while fostering a positive workplace environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
