Human Resources Manager

We are a growing restaurant business focused on quality food, excellent service, and a strong team culture. As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated HR professional to manage and develop our people operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for kitchen, service, and management roles
• Handle onboarding, contracts, and employee documentation
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and workplace policies
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and leave records
• Support managers with performance management and disciplinary procedures
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
• Oversee training, staff development, and retention strategies
• Maintain HR records and payroll coordination
• Promote a positive and professional workplace culture

Requirements

• Previous HR experience (hospitality or restaurant industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Organised, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Experience with payroll and scheduling systems is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €26,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
