Human Service Professional (Hsp)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Human Service Professional (HSP) to join our team. The HSP will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to individuals in need, helping them navigate various challenges in their lives. This position requires a strong commitment to promoting the well-being of clients through advocacy, resource coordination, and direct support services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized service plans.
• Provide direct support and guidance to clients in accessing community resources and services.
• Facilitate individual and group sessions to promote personal development and coping strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field is REQUIRED.
• Experience working in human services or a related field is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of community resources and social service programs is desirable.
• Able to participate and complete required trainings.
• Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others while working in a supportive environment that values collaboration and growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
