HVAC Office Administrator (Client Account Manager)
The ideal candidate will have a proven strong office administration background, previous experience in HVAC / Mechanical industry an advantagel.
You should be a confident proactive person with a can-do super organised attitude who possesses excellent problem-solving skills who gets the job done.
The role plays a key support function to the company from scheduling real-time technician/engineer management, call-out operations, office management, and helps to manage company administration, document control, systems and procedures to high standards.
Ensuring the smooth running of the company systems and driving efficiency and quality in all that we do, whilst maintaining the highest level of professionalism, discretion, outstanding organisational and communication skills.
Working closely with the various teams you will be working across Initial enquires (phone or email), Live Operations, Site Support, Office Support, Business Management, Accounts, Fleet Management, Employee Training, Health & Safety and Sub-Contractors Document Control amongst other area's.

Required Skills
* Min. 3 years' experience in senior office administration
* Previous experience in HVAC / Mechanical Sector
* Highly proficient with MS 365 (One Drive, Sharepoint, Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Knowledge of Workpal an advantage
* A strong writer and ability to produce high standard of presentation when responding to clients
* Understanding of Quality and/or H&S systems would be advantageous (but not essential)
* Super highly organised with a problem solving mindset
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to take responsibility and drive tasks forward
* Detail orientated
* Work on own initiative, and also as part of a team
* Efficient, resourceful and multitasking
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
* Confident friendly and professional telephone manner
* High literacy levels, fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
Office based Monday to Friday 8am-4pm (Friday 3pm). Remote working/work from home is not available.

Ballymount Cross Business Park, Dublin 24x D24 PYK2
