Hybrid Position

MaidPro is hiring a Hybrid Position to ensure it continues to provide the highest level of quality service to our customers and to keep operations running smoothly for our house cleaners. It is expected to be 20-30 hours per week, Monday-Friday. We are willing to work with your schedule to set the work hours within 9am to 5pm. Times and hours will vary based on work load day by day. Please read the responsibilities below, it is very important to understand what this position entails. We will train you in the office in every aspect of what this position requires.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Daily Laundry - multiple loads continuously all day
• Washing, Drying and folding towels, etc.
• Prepare Supplies Needed for the Following Day

• Refill product bottles daily
• Refill supply bags daily
• Manage Inventory
• Keep track of supplies and report to office manager for supply orders as needed
• Vacuum Maintenance

• Make sure vacuums are in good working order
• Clean out bristles as needed
• Prepare vacuums to be assigned to new employees
• Ensure a Clean, Professional Office Environment
• Clean office as necessary – vacuum, dusting, bathrooms, kitchenette, etc.

• Continually look for ways to improve efficiency and quality within the position
• Occasionally may be required to run errands outside of the office such as taking supplies to other employees

Must be able to be on your feet for 4-6 hours a day
