Hybrid (Remote + On-Site) Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Family Nurse Practitioner

About Us:

Lartey Wellness Group is a multidisciplinary behavioral and wellness clinic dedicated to offering comprehensive, culturally competent care. We are currently expanding our services and are seeking a dual-licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Psych NP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to step into a Hybrid Clinical Director role. This unique position spans responsibilities in our therapy and IV hydration programs, including substance use services.

Role Overview:

This hybrid leadership position is ideal for an experienced Psych NP/FNP who is passionate about mental health, wellness, and clinical compliance. You will serve as the Clinical Director, supporting both mental health services remotely and in-person substance use services, as well as leading IV hydration evaluations under your FNP license.

Key Responsibilities:

Therapy & Substance Use Side (Psych NP) – Remote & On-Site:

  • Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
  • Support therapy teams through clinical consultation and oversight.
  • Prescribe Suboxone for substance use treatment (in-person).
  • Support supervision and training efforts for mental health clinicians.

IV Hydration Side (FNP) – Remote:

  • Conduct Good Faith Evaluations for IV nutrient therapy.
  • Support policy development and oversight of IV protocols.
  • Coordinate with IV clinical staff to ensure compliance and quality assurance.

Clinical Director Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
  • Oversee and audit the quality of care delivered across programs.
  • Monitor licensure, training, and performance of all clinical staff.
  • Act as the primary clinical point of contact for medical and operational questions.
  • Maintain malpractice insurance and ensure coverage for staff.
  • Liaise with vendors to procure high-quality medical supplies and equipment.
  • Stay current on industry trends, laws, and clinical standards.
  • Provide leadership in regulatory readiness and program improvement.

Requirements:

  • Active licensure as both:
  • Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC or equivalent)
  • Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC or equivalent)
  • Eligible to prescribe Suboxone (DATA 2000 waiver or similar credentials).
  • Experience in both behavioral health and wellness/IV therapy settings.
  • Familiarity with clinical leadership and policy oversight.
  • Professional liability/malpractice insurance (required).
  • Experience with substance use treatment (must be in-person).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a Clinical Director or supervisory role.
  • Formal education as a nurse practitioner in an area consistent with the patient population served
  • Current Registered Nurse License for the State of Maryland
  • Certification as a nurse practitioner by an appropriate professional organization
  • Maryland prescriptive authority and DEA licensure
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations related to behavioral health and IV clinics.
  • Bilingual abilities a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $120.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
