Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly Ice Cream Scoopers to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while serving delicious ice cream treats. As an Ice Cream Scooper, you will create a welcoming environment for our customers and ensure that their experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities

• Serve ice cream and other frozen desserts to customers with a smile.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the scooping area and dining space.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with food preparation and restocking supplies as needed.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations and promote new flavors or specials.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Experience
Ideal candidates will have experience in a quick service fast food restaurant, grocery store, or café environment. Familiarity with sales techniques, cash register operations, retail math, and food preparation in the food industry is highly desirable. A background in restaurant or kitchen settings will also be beneficial for this role. We value individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
