ICT Vendor Analyst (Junior) – Dublin 1

Role in Brief:

This position is within the Technology Delivery and Operations Division of the Information Management and Technology Directorate (IMTD). The ICT Vendor Analyst (Junior) will report to the IT Vendor Manager and support vendor management activities, including governance, contract oversight, and procurement coordination.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Location: Hybrid (50% onsite in Dublin 1)
Contract Duration: 12 months
Start date: June 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly vendor reporting, including analysis of vendor scorecards, dashboards, and key performance indicators.
• Maintain and update the Vendor Register, ensuring accuracy of vendor details, contract expiration, and key trigger dates.
• Support procurement activities by coordinating with Procurement and Vendor Managers.
• Assist in the on boarding of new vendors, including the creation of contract guides.
• Organize and document vendor governance meetings, addressing service delivery, performance, financials, and escalations.
• Manage contract change control processes for key managed service vendors.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in IT vendor management within a large public sector body or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of public procurement processes and vendor management frameworks.
• Experience in dashboard reporting and performance tracking.
• Excellent financial and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• High proficiency in English (verbal and written); a C2 certification may be required for non-native speakers.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and work collaboratively in a structured environment.
