Ideal OÜ is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager

Ideal OÜ is part of Ideal Baltic, an Estonian capital-based group operating across the Baltics. The group represents internationally recognized brands such as Avis and Budget, as well as Ideal Auto and Ideal Holidays. With over 35 years of experience, Ideal Baltic today manages more than 5000 vehicles across the region.

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in driving B2B sales growth in Estonia, with a strong focus on long-term rental solutions. You will be part of the Baltic Sales Department and report directly to the Baltic Sales Manager.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Acquiring new corporate clients and building long-term B2B relationships

• Managing and developing partnerships with existing corporate and travel agency clients

• Driving sales of long-term rental solutions

• Negotiating commercial agreements and participating in tenders

• Managing customer agreements and account conditions in internal systems

• Ensuring structured pipeline management and CRM follow-up

• Collaborating closely with Marketing and Operations to deliver high-quality service

We Expect From You:

• At least 2+ years of experience in B2B sales

• Proven ability to acquire and manage corporate clients

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Commercial mindset and result orientation

• Confidence in client-facing situations

• Very good Estonian and English language skills

Experience in the automotive, mobility, leasing, or rental industries is an advantage, but strong B2B sales fundamentals are valued more.
