Caregiver and CNA positions located in the US is vital to our mission at We Care Senior Services. This role involves providing essential daily support to seniors, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence within their own homes.
Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Monitor and document clients' health status and report any changes.
• Assist with medication management and reminders.
• Support clients with mobility and physical exercises.
• Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
• Communicate effectively with family members regarding client needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Uphold confidentiality and respect client dignity at all times.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in geriatrics or senior care (high).
• Knowledge of post-acute care practices (high).
• Familiarity with sub-acute care settings (high).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (somewhat).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team (somewhat).
• Basic first aid and CPR certification (preferred).
• Experience with medical-surgical environments (somewhat).
• Willingness to undergo background checks as required.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
