In House Sales Agent - Movers & Takeovers

We have an exciting opportunity for a target-driven, customer focused Sales Agent to join our Inhouse Sales - Movers & Takeovers team. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting existing customers who are moving premises in a mover sale in their new home. This role would suit a solution-oriented individual with strong influencing and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct successful inbound and outbound sales calls to generate new sales, manage customers moving premises or customers returning to our monitoring service.
• Deliver key KPI's and sales targets to contribute to the overall performance of the inhouse sales team.
• Managing own time to ensure all leads and cases are efficiently actioned and are adequately followed up on in a timely manner.
• Processing on important information in line with customer requests and ensuring process if adhered to when doing so.
• Building rapport with customers to maximise sales opportunities.
• Continuously drive the building of sales pipelines.
• Maintain a level of product and process competence.
• Always maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a call centre environment.
• Previous sales experience desirable.
• Competent user of Microsoft office packages.
