About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Inbound Sales Specialist / Appointment Setter to handle incoming calls, assist customers, and route emergency calls to the appropriate department efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly and empathetic personality, and the ability to maintain a smooth and professional call experience with minimal to no background noise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries, providing clear and helpful information.
- Route emergency and service-related calls to the appropriate department.
- Set appointments and ensure accurate scheduling.
- Maintain a courteous and empathetic approach when handling customer concerns.
- Ensure all calls are free from distractions and background noise for a seamless experience.
- Document call details and customer interactions accurately.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inbound sales, appointment setting, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and empathetic tone.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism.
- Quiet and distraction-free work environment with very minimal to no background noise.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate CRM systems and call-handling tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Noise-canceling headset to ensure clear communication with very minimal background noise since we’ll be running an inbound call center setup.
- Stable and reliable internet connection to support after-hour calls and escalations.
- Willingness to work remotely initially and transition to an on-site setup in Metro Manila in the future.
