These jobs are performance based, this ensures that I as a early stage startup do not lose money. Your total pay is completely dependent on how much you make from Uber Direct.

Here is the basic pay overview

the range below is estimated of what you would be making after a 15% cut of revenue.

People on Uber direct make on average ~$20 per hour.

If you are already a Uber Direct driver we will take 15% of revenue. Bonus Pay should quickly make up for this if you can help us acquire clients in the future. You will have to send a weekly screenshot of Uber direct and prove to us your revenue.

I will only use the conservative number when giving your earnings estimate

Part-time (20 hrs)

$1,000-$1,250

Full-time (40 hrs)

$2,000–$2,500

a minimum of $1,000 in revenue from Uber Direct is required for bonuses

I believe drivers can get at least one paying client for me per week so the earnings below is plus bonus

1 paying client per week = $200 extra per month on top of the salary estimate

if you secure a paying client you get a bonus of $25 and another $25 if that client orders again, payment will be made to an account of your choice. The main goal of mine is to have you pitch my startup to potential clients and give them documents about my pricing and what i do. I am using Uber Direct as a launchpad for my Logistics company and want to get higher volume orders and recurring deliveries eventually upgrading my fleet to support the new orders. for the first month i have a total of $2,500 as a incentives reserve total for all applicants, if you are good at getting new clients your earnings per month will increase.

definition:

• Paying client: someone that has paid AChen Commerce outside of Uber direct - $25
• Recurring paying client: a client that has used AChen Commerce more than 2 times outside Uber direct - $25

Total: $50 max per client

Future Growth

I am a startup right now using my software to automate orders for businesses, I want to help them as a 3rd party logistics company but have yet to build a client base. In the future I will also need people to deliver to my client base. If you plan on staying in this company for the long term client acquisition would help as people running company client routes would make much more than Uber Direct. After getting a large enough client base to justify dedicated drivers people from the Uber direct fleet will be transferred to the Company Fleet.

The Following will lead to termination of contract and lose of eligibility for Bonus

• In the event that bonus payments were issued based on materially false representations, you agree to reimburse such amounts within 28 days. Disputes will be handled through mediation or arbitration.
• You agree that if $1,000 in revenue is not made in 28 days within signing or renewal then bonus would not be applicable. We will still take 15% of the amount you earned. if your revenue is below $500 we will not to take 15% we can discuss ways to help you increase earnings or any difficulty you are facing.

Any bonuses found to have been awarded based on false information may be subject to repayment. This condition must be agreed upon in writing before any bonuses are disbursed.

A formal Independent Contractor Agreement will be issued for signature, outlining all the terms mentioned above. By signing it, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this opportunity.
