Industrial Painter

We are hiring a skilled Powder Coater / Spray Painter to join our busy workshop-based team in Dublin.

This is a full-time, hands-on role requiring experience in powder coating, surface preparation, and safe handling of heavy parts. You must be able to work independently and consistently produce high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Powder coating steel, aluminium, stainless steel, and fabricated products
• Surface prep: blasting, cleaning, masking, filling, degreasing
• Operating spray booths, guns, and curing ovens
• Occasional use of air, airless, brush, and roller painting
• Handling heavy parts manually and with lifting equipment
• Forklift operation for loading, unloading, and moving materials
• Applying single pack, 2K, and intumescent (fireproof) coatings
• Performing quality checks, including:
• Dry/wet film thickness testing
• Gloss level testing
• Impact and adhesion testing
• Completing QC records accurately
• Keeping the work area clean, safe, and efficient

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in powder coating and industrial spraying
• Confident using forklifts and lifting equipment (valid license preferred)
• Experience handling large/heavy fabricated items
• Strong understanding of coating systems and surface prep
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Clean driving license
• Must be living in Ireland and available for in-person interview
• Spraying experience essential – no house painters

Pay: €1,234.00 per hour
