Industrial Sewing Machine Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sewing Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate sewing machines and assist with assembling fabric-based products in a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently while following established guidelines
• Sew and assemble fabric components according to provided patterns, instructions, or specifications
• Perform quality checks during the sewing and assembly process to ensure products meet company standards
• Assist with preparing materials, organizing fabric pieces, and maintaining an efficient workspace
• Monitor equipment and report any issues or maintenance needs promptly
• Help move materials and finished items between work areas as needed
• Follow work instructions and basic documentation procedures to maintain accurate production records

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating sewing machines or working in textile production preferred
• Comfortable using sewing equipment and basic tools associated with garment or fabric assembly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
• Ability to work with repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent quality
• Able to stand for extended periods and handle materials safely
• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
