The Role

We’re adding an Information Input Officer to our growing operations team.
This is a remote-first position — you’ll work entirely online, no commuting, no wasted hours. Perfect for someone looking to step into the world of HR operations and digital information management.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep digital records sharp, clean, and reliable across multiple systems
  • Label, structure, and make sense of messy files and documents
  • Run simple accuracy checks to ensure data tells the right story
  • Prepare small reports and info-summaries for the team and clients
  • Collaborate online with a tight-knit crew that values creativity and initiative

What You’ll Need

  • Clear and confident English (written + spoken)
  • Eye for detail and consistency
  • Comfort with digital tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Zoom, etc.)
  • Solid internet + your own laptop
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn fast

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
