Hybrid Telework Opportunity
Under direction, incumbents may perform a wide variety of tasks requiring regular, innovative problem solving within broadly stated and non-specific guidelines. The scope typically includes multiple program areas and involves planning, developing and implementing technological solutions that are essential to the missions of the overall organization or affect large numbers of people on a long-term or continuous basis in the Information Technology Project Management and Business Technology Management domains.

Working Conditions
HCAI offers a hybrid telework schedule with a combination of remote and in-office work schedules for CA residents only. The telework policy is subject to change, and additional in-office days may be required and/or minimal notification may be given to report to the worksite if an urgent need arises.
Telework schedules: The expectation is that all staff will work in office 4 days a week July 1, 2026.

Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment. Desirable Qualifications
In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
- At least three (3) years of experience in project management and program development
- At least three (3) years of experience in developing policies and procedures
- At least three (3) years of experience managing project budgets and contracts
- At least three (3) years of experience managing stakeholder relationships
- At least three (3 years of experience with health care data and terminology
- At least three (3) years of experience with public speaking and leading presentations to senior leadership
