The scope typically includes multiple program areas and involves planning, developing and implementing technological solutions that are essential to the missions of the overall organization or affect large numbers of people on a long-term or continuous basis in the Information Technology Project Management and Business Technology Management domains.

Desirable Qualifications
- At least three (3) years of experience in project management and program development
- At least three (3) years of experience in developing policies and procedures
- At least three (3) years of experience managing project budgets and contracts
- At least three (3) years of experience managing stakeholder relationships
- At least three (3 years of experience with health care data and terminology
- At least three (3) years of experience with public speaking and leading presentations to senior leadership
