Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders, quotes and other requests promptly and providing follow-up within the time frame requested by the customer.
• Listening to and asking probing questions to properly assess customer needs
• Providing the best product and/or service solution to solve customer problems.
• Increasing sales whenever possible
• Participating in all store activities necessary to ensure the store is clean, organized and operating at optimum efficiency
• Accurately fills customer orders, prepares them for customer pick up or delivery, and notifies the customers when the orders are ready
• Accurately labels, stocks, and locates product within the companies operating system
• Operating hand trucks, pallet jacks and forklifts
• Utilizing all training resources to learn and maintain proficiency in company products, services, operating procedures and specific computer applications
• Works with speed, accuracy and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
